Key Accountabilities

• Input of the shareholders instructions on the transfer agency system
• Preparation of the shareholder reporting (dealing confirmations, monthly statements)
• Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls (i.e. signature check, signature limits, account numbers, money laundering prevention, banking secrecy, …)
• Preparation of the monthly management reports
• Update procedures as needed
• Build/maintain an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders

  Knowledge & Experience

• At least three years college degree in a business related field
• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar field
• Strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Desire to provide client services
• Ability to communicate professionally with others
• Knowledge of / experience with Multifunds is considered a distinct advantage
• Common knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German and / or French is an asset
