Continued regional expansion for a top tier US Investment Bank has created a rare opportunity for a regional tax specialist. Our client is looking to hire an experienced tax professional with at least 5 years experience from Financial Services, Big 4 or an MNC.
Our client is a leading US investment bank, with well established Asian operations. Due to their continued investment in the region a vacancy has arisen for a Regional Tax Associate to be based in their Hong Kong office.
Working in an established regional team, you will have exposure to working on a wide variety of tax issues from managing tax audits and tax compliance issues to advising the business on the impact on new business initiatives and the implementation of new transfer pricing policies. The department has a wide remit and you will be expected to adapt to the needs of the business.
You will already have at least 5 years of tax advisory and compliance experience, gained either from a major accounting firm or an international corporation. You will have gained an exposure to and understanding of different regional tax regimes and will be keen to build on this knowledge. Your analytical and communication skills will be highly developed whilst not essential you will ideally have a knowledge of the financial industry and its associated products.
