A $10 billion NYC-midtown institutional equity management firm is looking to add to its Client Servicing & Product Management team.

The Client Services Associate will perform various tasks related to client support and product management for the firm’s equity products. This is an entry level position in the Client Servicing & Product Management department. The associate will support the senior client servicing staff and report to the Head of Marketing and Product Management.

Responsibilities include:

preparing portfolio review presentations
performing competitive analysis
generating reports using portfolio analysis software
compiling portfolio attribution analysis
assisting with investment commentary
completing quarterly client questionnaires
general assistance with client related issues, analysis, and inquiries

Qualifications:

excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
1-3 years of related business experience
college degree with high GPA
energetic with a strong interest in the investment industry
professional demeanor and ability to work well in high pace environment
ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
references required
