This Financial Controller position is the Finance Department Head, and is responsible for up to 15 accounting staff, and will report to the Group Finance Director in HK.

We are seeking candidates with a unique exposure to: HK reporting; PRC tax; and the property industry! You will have a strong background in finance / banking, with a particularly good understanding of mortgage & treasury operations. Your CPA qualification will also hold you in high regard!
