The duties of the role are - Assist in sales support activities that can vary from administrative tasks to more complex support activities (i.e. coordination of large cases, partner visits & contact reporting) -Key contact for existing and new partners related to organizational processes and policy administration -Pro-actively contact key partners for regular updates on service, issues, ideas, and complaints and define action plan accordingly -Ensure constant follow up of partner satisfaction through satisfaction surveys, formal contacts and assessment of service level agreements -Act as interface between head office departments, sales and external parties -Assist and initiate the deployment of new service concepts for our customers

The ideal Candidate will have gained at least 5 years experience in the financial services industry of which a minimum of 2 years will have been in a similar position, they must be highly committed to service and clients with a positive attitude towards both external and & internal clients High flexibility and the ability to travel if required is necessary for this role, as is the ability to coordinate multiple projects and be able to prioritize according to business requirements This role can be pressured therefore the ability to cope with stressful situations is key along with problem solving capabilities Key attributes are proactivity, excellent organisational skills, good presentation skills and the ability to work independently. Flemish mother tongue and fluent in English (oral and written) is essential.
