Our client is looking to expand its Bancassurance team for both its onshore and offshore market.
You will support the Relationship Managers to plan and implement the insurance sales strategy to their HNWI clients to achieve superb performance and quality delivery of insurance sales. This entails maximising profitability, as well as increasing productivity levels and persistency rates of Relationship Managers in insurance sales. Above all, you will also need to ensure that the needs-based sales process is adhered to, so as to give customers a meaningful wealth management experience. Additionally, you will work collectively with the head of bancassurance and his team on product suites, enhancement of existing products and services, as well as ensure that the Bank’s delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Along with a Degree, you should have minimum 4 years of experience in direct life insurance sales with excellent track records. You should also possess experience in people management, in particular coaching and motivating sales personnel. Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and communication capabilities will be necessary. As a self-motivated team player with good service delivery aptitude, you should enjoy working in a sales-focused environment. A sound knowledge of bancassurance products and procedures will be required of you.
