As an experienced Client Service Transfer Agent you will perform the following tasks:

• Handling cash, registration and dealing inquiries.
• Coordinate client meetings and participate to visit.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly client reporting.
• Prepare management report.
• Communicate effectively with clients and shareholders.
• Maintain and build a strong relationship with customers and their shareholders.
• Procedure update in order to improve service to client.
• Participate to ongoing projects as required.
• Maintain client log.

THE PROFILE

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a university degree.
• You are accurate and numbers don’t have any secret for you.
• You are client focused and strive to improve service.
• You are an efficient communicator.
• You are fluent in English, French and/or German is a plus.
• You have a positive influence on your co-workers.
• Pressure doesn’t affect your daily productivity.
• You have a contagious positive attitude towards your co-workers.
