A leading international bank, is looking for a Spanish speaking Client Services Advisor to join its European Client Services team for a 5 months contract.

You will be responsible for ongoing support to international clients who have recently migrated to new e-products. You will train and support over the phone, or with training sessions and be involved in the information and documentation requirements.

You will be fluent in English and Spanish and ideally have another European language.
The key skills for this role are strong client services experience in the banking and finance sector and a good IT understanding.
This customer oriented role requires very strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment.
