Managing a regional team, you will be responsible for providing finance and business support to the bank's corporate real estate and services function. You will actively engage senior management to manage the real estate spend, allocations to business units, taxes and vendor issues. You will also ensure proper accounting/regulatory treatment for real estate transactions as well as prepare and present analyses and strategic business cases for real estate projects and transactions.

You will be degree qualified with at least 12 years’ post graduate experience with exposure to real estate gained in major banks or MNCs. Strong expense management/controllership and business partnering experience will be essential. You have strong organisational, analytical and leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to drive results in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
