Our client is a reputable investment bank who is looking for a talented calibre to join their Commodity Finance Team.
Job Description
To handle daily operations related to commodity financing transactions.
Daily transactions include letters of credits, remittances, loan drawdown and renewals, stock financing and structured financing.
To monitor customers’ borrowing positions.
To ensure approved conditions of facilities for each customer are fulfilled.
To identify irregularities and abnormalities of transactions.
To contact customers directly for operational issues.
Liaison with internal departments and overseas branches for different issues.
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance related discipline,
Possession of in-depth bills knowledge, preferably have a working background in a bills dept of an international bank.
Experience in handling commodity transactions, especially related to crude oil and petroleum products.
Experience in handling Chinese companies.
Proficiency in English and Putonghua.
Have a transactional risk monitoring concept.
