Ernst & Young's Operations Advisory Services team supports major organisations and private equity clients across the whole deal lifecycle. From initial target assessment, operational due diligence and merger integration, through to post deal value enhancement, our people offer independent and unbiased services. We carry out buy-side and sell-side engagements during transactions as well as supporting corporate restructuring activities.

The team is currently seeking interest from talented people across all levels. We have a specific need for individuals with deal related experience gained from either professional services firms or in internal consulting roles, combined with operations or functional management experience.
