The Associate will be a key member of this expanding team, and s/he will be instrumental in business development and execution. The Associate will work closely with the Senior team on various transactions, and assist in developing junior staff. Associate's duties vary considerably and generally include analyzing and modeling financial statements, performing client due diligence, preparing information memoranda, developing analytical documentation supporting the deal process, and communicating with institutional investors and senior officers of acquiring companies.

Associates work closely with the senior executives of the Firm's client companies on each engagement.

* MBA from a top business school 

* Outstanding academic performance record 

* Prior work experience involving in M&A Investment Banking

* Excellent written and oral communication skills 

* Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge

* Candidates must have previous M&A Banking experience.
